Every bag is made with care, and we stand by the quality of our work.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Custom-made items (e.g., personalized bags or special size orders) are not eligible for return unless defective.

Please be sure to carefully check the measurements you send to us, otherwise you will be charged for a second bag.
To initiate a return, please email us at circus.covered@gmail.com with the name on the order and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect item was sent.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund (minus original shipping) to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss an exchange (only valid for standard products). We're happy to help find a solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve it.
